Hello, my name is Karen Payne
I'm a proud mum of 2, a women's health coach, running coach, personal trainer and menopause coach. I love to run, cycle, hike, kayak and jump in any type of water. When I want to slow down I like to paint and read.
My life has always revolved around fitness, I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years, I was a logistics manager at Reebok fitness equipment for many years and retrained as a personal trainer and running coach in 2007 when my children were small as I needed a better work life balance. I became a women's health coach in 2019 specialising in peri to post menopause.
I started Upminster Park Joggers (Upjoggers) in 2008 which is now a thriving running and social group. I have trained as a Level 3 personal trainer, 3rd age peri-post menopause coach, England Athletics running coach, LiRF, Kinetic revolution gait retraining certification, bootcamp instructor, circuit training instructor, spinning instructor, kettlebells, first aid, mental health at work first aider, Reebok core board instructor. I have nutrition certifications in sports nutrition, nutrition for weight management and vegetarian/vegan nutrition.
