Next Learn 2 Run course starts 23/4 7.15pm or 26/4 9.10am

We are a friendly and supportive non competitive running group.

 

Our encouraging run leaders will help you improve your running whilst having lots of fun, no matter what your current fitness level.

Come and join our community and learn how to enjoy exercise whilst meeting some amazing people. Join us for a free taster session anytime.

We hold regular learn2run courses if you are a complete beginner. Our mission is to get you running and smiling. See below for more details.

 

Our main sessions are on

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.10am in Upminster Park, by the Windmill Hall car park

Tuesdays 7.15pm in the Roomes car park behind M&S

 

Sessions cost £14 per month for 1 run per week or £22 for unlimited runs. 

1-2-1 and gait retraining sessions available on request (see below)

Injury prevention and gait retraining

Do you get injured frequently? It could be how you run. I offer gait retraining sessions. During the session I will analyse your gait (how you run) and identify any problems, I can then prescribe interventions including drills, strength training and stretches to correct your gait.  These sessions cost £60 and last approximately 1 hour.

1-2-1 run coaching

If you would like to improve your running or would like to learn to run individually, I offer 1-2-1 coaching.  Please see the Personal Training section for prices.

Training Plans

Are you training for a marathon or would like more structure to your training? I can provide bespoke training plans from £25.

Learn2run

We hold regular learn to run courses for complete beginners, however you are welcome to join the main group at any time no matter what your ability. Over six weeks you'll learn how to run using our tried and tested walk/run method. You will also learn how to warm up and cool down, how to choose the correct trainers and sports bras, the correct technique to avoid injuries and much more. You'll also join a supportive learn to run online group. On week 6 you'll complete 5k (running or walking is fine) and receive a medal, you are now an official "Upjogger". 6 weeks costs £25 and can be booked in the link above.

We go on tour every year, these photos are from 2018, we cycled, ate a lot, played laser tag, drank a little, walked, ran and had a hoedown yee-haw!
