I have been a personal trainer for 16 years and in the fitness industry for 30 years.

I specialise in training women of all ages get fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. 

We need to approach fitness differently at each phase in our lives, at 56 I'm as fit as I was at 26 but my approach and goals are very different. Understanding you, what stage of life you are at and your goals is fundamental to achieving the best results. 

If you've been doing the same workouts and diets for years and nothing works long term you need to change.

We will work on your relationship with exercise and nutrition and how you manage your time and stress.  Creating a habit of healthy nutrition and exercise takes time and practice but if you are consistent you will see life long results, you'll be stronger, have more energy, be happier and love the person you have become.

Personal training investment

    £160 - 1 hour sessions x 4

    £140 - 45 min sessions x 4

    £120 - 30 min sessions x 4

    £45  - small group 45 min sessions x 4 (max 4 people)
