I have been a personal trainer for 15 years and in the fitness industry for 30 years.

I specialise in training women of all ages get fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. 

We need to approach fitness differently at each phase in our lives, at 54 I'm as fit as I was at 23 but my approach and goals are very different. Understanding you, what stage of life you are at and your goals is fundamental to achieving the best results.

We will work on your relationship with exercise and nutrition and how you manage your time and stress.  Creating a habit of healthy nutrition and exercise takes time and practice but if you are consistent you will see life long results, you'll be stronger, have more energy, be happier and love the person you have become.

** for 5 week months you'll get 5 sessions and some months you may need less (holidays etc) but you'll get on average 4 sessions per month
