About Us

I am Karen Payne and I am a Personal Trainer, Running Coach and Women's Health Coach. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and am passionate about fitness and wellbeing. 

 

Personal Training and Coaching takes place in my studio in Upminster,

running groups meet in Upminster Park or Roomes car park.

Upminster Park Joggers, or Upjoggers for short, was set up in 2008 and

is a non competitive club that specialises in getting non runners running.

Our passion is fitness and wellbeing. 

Our goal is to get as many people as possible loving exercise as much as we do.

We have a thriving social group and regularly meet up for coffee, evenings out, running events and weekends away. We also have a Midlife Balance online support group.

Everyone is welcome.

We are proud members of England Athletics Run Together

Karen Payne is a qualified Asst Athletics Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and menopause coach.
